Rooms are really spacious and have everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. It's a bit tired, but really good value given the prices. Close to local amenities and the M5, but not too close that you are disturbed by noise. Our vehicle broke down nearby and they were able to accommodate us and our dog late in the evening. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Would use it as an overnight stop off again.

Amazing experience when I stayed in the hotel. Staff were incredibly lovely and gave me all the information I needed. Came in for breakfast and dinner an all the nights I stayed. Beautiful food, served piping hot. Will defiantly be back when I’m next in town.

Visited in a very busy Sunday afternoon, the staff seemed very happy considering how short staffed they were. I do really feel for this unsung hero’s especially during the festive periods when expectations are for some reason made even higher, and we know these staff don’t get the recognition they deserve! But Alix and Callum really stood out to me and my troupe! they both managed very well under the pressure and we left happy and well fed! Thanks again to them both for there hard work, I hope they get recognised and rewarded for it as its well deserved!!

The room was spacious and the hotel offered ample parking, which was very convenient. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night and the friendly, professional staff who were helpful without being intrusive. With good food and a reasonable price point, it offered excellent value for money.
